How to Return

It's OK to change your mind. Our 30-day return policy lets you return your order for a refund.

Return checklist

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@lampboy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return instructions.
  3. Post the item to our return address using tracked shipping.
  4. Once received and checked, we'll process your refund.

Please use your local postal service – such as Australia Post, Canada Post, USPS or Royal Mail. We can't accept returns via couriers (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS), as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes and may result in delays or customs issues.
