How to return an item

1. Post the item to our return address using tracked shipping.
2. Once received and checked, we'll process your refund instantly.

Our return address

Please use your local postal service – such as Australia Post, Canada Post, USPS or Royal Mail. We can't accept returns via couriers (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS), as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes and may result in delays or customs issues.
