It’s OK to change your mind. Our 30-day return policy lets you return your order for a refund

Return checklist

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@lampboy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return instructions.
  3. Post the item to our return address using tracked shipping.
  4. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund.

Please use your local postal service – such as Australia Post, Canada Post, USPS or Royal Mail. We can’t accept returns via couriers (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS), as they cannot deliver to PO Boxes and may result in delays or customs issues.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Yes – return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using your local postal service with tracking.

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you’re welcome to return your order and place a new one separately.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. We'll notify you as soon it’s done.

  • Please email us at info@lampboy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos or videos of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a change-of-mind return.

  • This small fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging and restocking returned items.
