  • We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email – typically the same business day or the next.

    Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. While it often arrives much sooner, we recommend allowing the full timeframe just to be safe.

  • You’ll get a tracking email shortly after your order confirmation. You can also check your order status anytime on our tracking page by entering your order number and email to see the latest updates.

  • To keep things simple across the different couriers we use worldwide, we’ve built a single tracking page that shows live updates for your order, no matter who is delivering it. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you’ll be able to track everything from one screen. There’s no need to switch between different courier websites or track separate numbers.

  • We’re really sorry about that! Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include a few photos or a quick video. Since our contact form doesn’t support attachments, just email us at info@lampboy.com and we’ll get a replacement sorted for you as soon as possible.

  • Lamps can be bulky so they’re often packed and shipped in separate boxes to keep them safe during delivery. Most of the time they arrive together, but occasionally one might show up a day or two earlier.

    Your tracking link lets you switch between each parcel connected to your order, so you can follow their progress from one place.

  • We’ll do our best! Orders are processed daily, so any changes need to be requested as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee it, but if we catch it in time, we’ll make it happen.

  • Yes! All orders are fully covered in the rare event of loss or damage during transit. If something goes wrong, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

  • You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. Find out more.
