  • You’ll get a tracking email shortly after your order confirmation. You can also check your order status anytime on our tracking page – just enter your order number and email to see the latest updates.

  • We typically ask for 3–6 working days to process your order and 5–10 working days for shipping. While we aim to process orders the same day and shipping is often faster than 5–10 days, we always recommend allowing the full timeframe just to be safe.

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is available to your location, you'll see it at checkout. If you're unsure or need help, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to check for you.

  • We have warehouses in Australia, Hong Kong, Europe and the USA. Depending on your location and stock availability, your order will be dispatched from the most efficient one. Regardless of where it ships from, we ensure it arrives within our standard delivery time frame.

  • We’ll try our best to make it happen. Orders are processed daily, so any changes or updates need to be requested as soon as possible. We can’t promise it but if we catch it in time, we’ll sort it out.

  • Our return policy allows for replacements of faulty or damaged products if you contact us with evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Uncollected orders and those returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your shipping details are correct!

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can take a look and organise you a replacement.
