Get inspired

A frosted cordless mushroom lamp for soft, even light

The Funghi has a frosted, glass-look shade that glows all over, so the whole lamp becomes the light source rather than a bright spot under a dome. At 24cm tall and 22cm wide it has a generous, rounded mushroom shape, and at 0.6kg it's still easy to carry from room to room.

Rechargeable and adjustable

An 1800mAh battery gives up to 12 hours on the lowest setting and recharges by USB-C in around 2 to 3 hours. Tap to cycle warm white, cool white and daylight, and hold to dim. The shade is frosted polycarbonate rather than glass, so it's lighter to move around.

The Funghi is inspired by frosted mushroom forms like Gubi's Obello, and is Lamp Boy's own design, not made by or affiliated with Gubi.

Frosted shade or solid shade?

Most mushroom lamps have a solid dome that directs light down onto the table, which is great for mood but leaves the shade itself dark. The Funghi works the other way round, which makes it a good choice for a gentle night light in a bedroom or kids' room, a glowing accent on a bookshelf, or a soft light on a balcony table in the evening. In Frosted White it's also easy to place: it works with almost any colour scheme and looks at home in Scandinavian, minimalist and modern interiors. For a solid-dome alternative in colour, see the Estada or Lekker.
