  • Think of it as a strong modern candle or small ambient lamp that creates a soft pool of light on a table rather than lighting the whole room.

  • The lamp provides up to 12 hours of use on the lowest brightness setting and recharges via USB-C in a few hours.

  • It charges via USB-C with the included cable. You can use it while it is plugged in, though using it unplugged most of the time is better for battery health.

About the Estada Portable Lamp

A rechargeable mushroom lamp in six colours

The Estada is a cordless mushroom lamp with a rounded dome on a slim stem, 23cm tall and 16cm wide. Its warm white LED reflects off the inside of the shade for a soft, glare-free glow, and it's fully dimmable with a metal touch dial. A 3000mAh battery gives up to 12 hours on the lowest setting and recharges via USB-C in about 2 to 3 hours.

The Estada was previously sold as the Estadini, so if you've been looking for the Estadini portable lamp, you're in the right place.

Panthella-inspired, cordless and easy to move

The Estada takes its cues from Verner Panton's Panthella, one of the most recognised mid-century mushroom lamps. Because it's battery powered, you can move it from a bedside table to the dining table, a bookshelf or a balcony without looking for a power point. It comes in Tangerine Orange, Brilliant White, Midnight Black, Rose Pink, Coral Red and Mustard Yellow; on the orange version the inside of the shade is orange too, for an all-over colour glow. The Estada is Lamp Boy's own design and isn't made by or affiliated with Louis Poulsen.
