We're taking a short break
Between 1 February and 9 March, we'll be pausing all order fulfilment. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped once fulfilment resumes in mid-March.
Why are we doing this?
The end of last year and the holiday period were incredibly busy for us. Our team worked hard right through the holidays to keep orders moving and customers happy, often without taking a proper break.
This short break is simply about giving our fulfilment and warehouse team the time off they've more than earned. A chance to rest, reset and come back refreshed so we can continue delivering the level of care, quality and service you expect from us.
What this means for your order
- You're welcome to place an order as normal during February
- Orders won't ship immediately, but will be dispatched in mid-March
- You'll receive tracking as soon as it becomes available
- All existing orders already in progress are unaffected
