Christmas Delivery Guide

Our recommended order by date for pre–Christmas delivery is 10 December. This is simply the date that gives your order the best chance of arriving in time based on what we have seen in previous years.

Christmas is the busiest time of the year for all couriers and even with the best planning, things can still get delayed once a parcel is in transit. High volumes, weather, customs checks and general network congestion all play a part, and unfortunately these delays are outside our control.

We're working hard to get orders processed as quickly as possible. Tracking numbers are usually uploaded soon after your order is confirmed and the parcel is then shipped soon after processing. You will receive an email for both steps so you always know where things are up to. Ordering before 10 December gives your delivery the strongest chance of arriving before Christmas, but it's not something we can guarantee.

If you are located outside a main metropolitan area, delivery times may vary a little more during December, so ordering early is always the safest option.

We hope this helps you plan your Christmas shopping, and we really appreciate your understanding during the silly season.
