Refund policy


Change of mind returns

We totally get it if you change your mind, we accept returns and will issue a full refund once the item is received and approved.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in as-new condition and include its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
  • Returns must be sent via your local postal service (e.g. Australia Post, USPS, NZ Post, Canada Post). We can’t accept courier deliveries (like FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to our PO Box.

Please note:

  • We're unable to accept returns for items that are damaged or missing their original packaging.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover inspection, handling and repackaging costs.
  • Our return address is based in Sydney, Australia – where our head-office is located.
  • Once returned, please allow up to 14 days for your item to be assessed, restocked and your refund to be processed.

Returns that don’t meet the above conditions (e.g. opened, used, missing packaging) are not eligible for a refund.

If the item is sent back to us anyway and you’d like it returned to you, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping cost plus a 10% service fee.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us via our contact page within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief message requesting the return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and any relevant instructions.
  3. Post the item back using your local postal service. Make sure the item is unused and packaged securely.
  4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee)

Faulty or damaged products
If there is any fault or damage with your order, please reach out to us via our contact page within 7 days of delivery. We'll ask for evidence of the issue and if the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we'll send you either a replacement part or a full replacement lamp, whichever is more appropriate, at no extra cost to you.

Cancelled Orders
If you request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we’ll do our best to stop it and issue a full refund straight away.

Once an order has been packed and is awaiting shipment, or is already in transit, it's unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. In this case, you're welcome to return the item once it arrives by following our standard returns process.

Uncollected returns
If an order delivery is missed, it is typically held at a post office or designated parcel locker/pickup point for up to 10 business days. Orders returned to sender due to non-collection are not eligible for a refund. These parcels are routed to a local logistics centre, not directly back to us, and cannot be processed. We cannot take responsibility if an attempted delivery card is not provided by the carrier, so we encourage customers to monitor their order closely via our tracking page and collect it promptly. We're happy to help locate your order’s collection point if you reach out to us before it is returned to sender.

Incorrect address returns
We are unable to provide refunds for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. This includes mismatching postcodes. Please carefully double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase, as items returned for this reason are not eligible for a refund.

If you realise the address is incorrect after payment, please contact us as soon as possible - we may be able to update the shipping details before the order is dispatched.

If your order is returned to us due to an addressing error, we can arrange to re-send it once it has been returned to our warehouse. Please note that return deliveries are handled by the courier and may take 2–3 weeks or longer to reach us, which is unfortunately outside of our control. A re-shipping fee will apply to cover the cost of sending the order again.

Keep in mind that most returned orders do not make it back to us at all and are often lost within the courier’s return network. We cannot replace or refund these orders. For this reason, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or non-returnable orders. 

This returns policy applies to all purchases made on or after 1 June 2025.
