FAQ

  • We typically ask for 1–2 working days to process your order and 5–10 working days for shipping. While we aim to fulfil orders the next day and shipping is often faster than 5–10 days, we recommend allowing for the full timeline - especially if you need your order by a specific date.

  • Our return policy allows for replacements of faulty or damaged products if you contact us with evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Uncollected orders and those returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your shipping details are correct!

  • We’re happy to help if you need to cancel your order! Please contact us as soon as possible. However, once an order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel it. Processing typically occurs at the end of each day.

  • Rest assured once the shipping confirmation goes out the order is definitely shipping. Due to the various shipping companies we use sometimes there can be a little miscommunication between the package and our website. If you notice any issues with the tracking please reach out to our support team via the help chat.

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can take a look and organise you a replacement.
