  • We typically ask that you allow 4-6 working days processing time and 10-15 working days shipping time. We try to fulfil orders the following day and shipping can often be much quicker than 10-15 days but we like to play it safe and ask that you allow the above timelines, especially if you’re hoping to receive your order by a specific date.

  • We can definitely accept your returns. If you want to return your order just email us at info@lampboy.com and check out our Refund Policy for more info.

  • We are totally cool if you want to cancel your order. Just reach out to us before you receive your shipping confirmation.

  • Rest assured once the shipping confirmation goes out the order is definitely shipping. Due to the various shipping companies we use sometimes there can be a little miscommunication between the package and our website. If you notice any issues with the tracking please reach out to our support team at info@lampboy.com.

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken please email us at info@lampboy.com. We can take a look and organise you a replacement.
